Dear customers,

Many of yours have faced problems with U9/E8 unlocking. Please read the information below on how to avoid such problems and how to repair your phones which are permanently in flash mode.

U9 Bootloader Compatibility & Repair Information

Firmware = Bootloader
R6632_G_81.12.xxR = 06.28
R6632_G_81.13.xxR = 06.29
R6632_G_81.2X.xxR = 06.2A
(where X is any letter/number)

If your phone is NOT R6632_G_81.2X.xxR it's highly recommended that you flash it using a full flash prior to unlocking!

If your U9 is permanently in flash mode, do this:

1) Flash R6632_G_81.23.XX_BOOTLOADER_06.2A_CONSUMER.mfz from here: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] ... ootloaders
2) Flash the most suitable 1FF for you version R6632_G_81.2x.xxR: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] ... ir=/R6632/ (this for example)
3) Flash R6632_G_81.23.XX_BOOTLOADER_06.2A_CONSUMER.mfz from here: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] ... ootloaders again
4) Phone must power on normally. You may now unlock it / repair IMEI.

Please note, you MUST flash the bootloader file even if you see "06.2A" version in flash mode.

E8 Bootloader Compatibility & Repair Information

If your E8 is permanently in flash mode, do this:

1) Flash R6713_BOOTLOADER_06.A9_CONSUMER.mfz from here [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] ... ootloaders
2) Flash any firmware version R6713_G_71.1x.xxR
3) Phone must power on normally.

Please note! On some E8 it takes up to 5 minutes for the phone to power on (one time only)! During this time you will see "Motorola" logo or operator logo. Please let the phone think a bit, it's normal. (Well it's awful, but we can't do anything

If you are having problems with keyboard (e.g. keyboard doesn't work), do this:

1) Flash E8_Step1.mfz from here
2) Flash E8_Step2.mfz from here

Phone must be working fine and unlocked.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. We will improve the unlocking process in next MSS release.

Hiện nay nâng lên bản 1.28 , nhưng unlock E8 là dính chấu nga

Ví dụ cách cứu E8 sau khi Unlock xong
bằng MSS II, nó dính boot luôn. Dù full flash tá lả nhưng làm không đúng
bước cũng không lên.

1. Nạp file boot này vào :
R6713_BOOTLOADER_06.A9_CONSUMER.mfz
2. Nạp ver cao hơn Ver này:
R6713_G_71.1x.xxR. Chú ý nhầm giữ 1x với x1 nha.
3. Sau khi flash thì
nó liệt phím , nạp tiếp tuần tự 2 file sau :
_ Flash E8_Step1.mfz
_Flash E8_Step2.mfz

Sau khi fullflash thường fone nó chuyển
chế độ USB về syn music, trong khi phím lại liệt nên không thể vào để
chỉnh lại cổng, cách làm là bấm #* + nguồn ==> vô chế độ boot để Box
nhận máy.
_ Sau đó máy sẽ lên ok, nhận sim , nạp thêm tiếng việt là
done.
